Shipping is free on every order to any US address.

• Gem rugs are made to order by our gifted artisans and ship from our workshop with FedEx, fully tracked. Estimated delivery is 10 to 12 weeks from the order date. We email you when your rug ships.
• Pillows ship from our US warehouse in Georgia when in stock, usually within 2 to 3 business days of your order.
• Original artworks ship from Dubai, tracked and insured, within 5 business days.

International

We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at checkout as a flat rate based on your destination and the size of your order, and covers a tracked courier service. The same production and dispatch times apply.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees set by the destination country. These are charged by the courier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges and we are unable to estimate them in advance. Refused or unclaimed parcels are returned to us. In-stock items returned within 60 days will be refunded less shipping and return costs. No refund will be issued on made-to-order items in accordance with our Refunds Policy.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
