Returning an Order
Sometimes it just doesn't work out. We get that. If you've changed your mind and want to return your order, we ask that you contact our sales team and return the item within 60 days of the order being placed.
Please contact info@wearthehouse.com with your name, pick-up address, order number and photographic evidence of the item (image of product front and back) prior to shipping. We will then arrange for pick-up of your item(s).
Please note the item(s) must be returned to us well packaged (similar standard to how the item(s) was received) and free of defects to ensure a refund can be issued.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been accepted, subject to the conditions stated above.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items. All cost associated with returning items (shipping, re-stocking and re-packing) is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund issued. Returns costs will be calculated once the item is received by our customer care team.

Please note that we are unable to offer our returns policy for any bespoke or custom-made rugs.
